Truely I have researched this in great detail and challenge both the State of Texas/STATE OF TEXAS, not to beconfused with the Texas [Republic] as well as the UNITED STATES (inc.) as defined in Title 28 USC 3002(15), to find some interesting responses. As one who has had his liberty unlawfully abridged via fraud/non-disclosure through an Admiralty jurisdiction outside the protections of the limitations placed upon government by the Generic Constitution for the united States I have become the target of threats and harrasment however veiled/prevaded. I’m probably in danger of life and limb as I continue to fight for the justice provided under due process of law, equal protection of law and equitable Maxims of law, as mandadted by the Bible itself as accepted by the Congress US. Abridgement of my Unailienable rights. See case number 4:12-cv-00208 district court of the United states (southern district) which is a military district under admiralty jurisdiction of the US District Court. did we the peaple fall asleep? Is this encroachment cleverly instituted by the congress and courts/United Nations? Read the congressional records? Mass media to blame/idiot box(TV), or do we do this to ourselves when we feel the need to pass a law such as smoking bans because we don’t like smoking and rather than exercise our freedom to patronize another establishment, attempt to impose our will on others. Or change the channel if we don’t like what is brodcast on the one we turned to? who are the true sovereigns in this land? who hold the true authority. How do government offices afford plush carpet and flat screen vidio monitors?

Why won’t our republican cadidates hammer these principles home to the voting electorate?
The very fabric of the constitution is under assault by leftist socialist ideology represented by the democratic party. The differences of the political parties need to be clarified for the
Voting public. The choices made in this election will determine the countrys direction into the new century! I prefer individual liberty and freedom over government induced socio-economic equality.

Not exactly certain when this article was written, but I agree.

I would begin by over turning Marbury and returning the SCOTUS to its original jurisdiction and power. Then I would turn my attention to Wickard v. Filburn (and so return Congress back to its restricted powers), Cooper v. Aaron (again putting the reins on the SCOTUS), and Roe v. Wade (reestablishing Life to its place as an “endowed,” “unalienable” right).

I do believe it is time for the American, Voting, Citizen, to take back the power from the Federal Government to decide on how our government should be run. We need to demand a budget for the government. The idea of our congress making a decision on their salaries should be a choice of the voters. The Social Security funds should be removed from the general fund and returned to the Social Security fund. Medicare & Medicade should be the same for all personal in the retirement years. The voter needs to take back their power. When the people on fixed income does not get the annual raise they are supposed and the congress does, then congress should be replaced. The voting public should be educated through the news media and kept up to date through the same media.

Educate yourself and others, research the candidates-support those who pledge to follow the Constitution, spread the word, encourage others to vote and contact your elected officials and let them know how they are doing.
